Our simple rule for saying yes to projects at Revisual Labs

At Revisual Labs, every new query is judged on what Aashish Kalra and I have named the Trifecta.
For us to pick a project, it has to check at least two out of three boxes:
- Profit - it has to sustain the business.
- Impact - it should matter. That could mean creating awareness, changing the world in some small way, or opening doors to future work.
- Learning - we should learn from it, sharpen our craft, or explore a new space.
When all three line up, it feels like hitting the jackpot 🎰. If a project ticks fewer than two of these boxes, it usually turns into regret. The kind where you stop mid-project and wonder, why are we even doing this?

The Trifecta is less about a checklist and more about clarity. It reminds us why we take something on and helps us stay grounded even on the difficult days.
